Investment Thesis

Patagonia is one of the last underpriced hard-asset markets in the world. We give you access to it.

Before Patagonia, there was Tulum. Over 11 years I developed one specific skill: identifying undervalued markets before they move. An entry of USD 350,000 became USD 2,000,000 in nine months. Land near the Nomade corridor acquired at USD 10/m2 now trades at USD 400/m2. Jungle that nobody believed in became luxury hotels selling at USD 1.5M. I invested my own capital. I advised clients who did the same.

Patagonia today looks exactly like Tulum did then. Underpriced. Undervalued. With demand growing faster than supply can follow. Except Patagonia has something Tulum never had: irreplaceable natural resources, geopolitical stability, and no ceiling.

Land in Patagonia's premium zones has appreciated at an average of 8-15% annually in USD terms over the past decade. Comparable landscapes in New Zealand and Switzerland trade at USD 800-2,500/m2. Patagonia's premium zones trade at USD 80-500/m2. That gap does not persist indefinitely.
